The LeoVince LV CORSA CARBON FIBER End Silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Developed in collaboration with successful teams from international racing series, this silencer combines a compact racing design with particularly high-quality materials. The outer shell consists of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, which give the exhaust a very light and yet robust structure. The matte carbon finish underlines the sporty character and ensures an exclusive racing look.

The open internal construction allows for a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep and uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo as well as a CNC-milled full carbon bracket underline the high-quality workmanship. Precisely handmade TIG welds additionally ensure stability and a durable construction.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince End Silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then used to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the end silencer is precisely attached, fastened to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test when stationary as well as tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
