The LeoVince LV CORSA CARBON FIBER rear silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Developed in collaboration with successful teams from international racing series, this silencer combines a compact racing design with particularly high-quality materials. The sleeve consists of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, giving the exhaust a very lightweight and simultaneously robust structure. The matte carbon finish emphasizes the sporty character and ensures an exclusive racing look.

The open internal construction allows for a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep and uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with a laser-etched LV logo as well as a CNC-milled full carbon bracket emphasize the high-quality workmanship. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds provide additional stability and a durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the rear silencer is pushed on to fit, attached to the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the enclosed springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary and the re-tightening of connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
