The LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION Slip-On Exhaust brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Inspired by the exhaust systems of the most successful teams from international racing series, this silencer convinces with a compact, functional design and a particularly aggressive racing look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which not only provides a striking dark optics but also reliably protects the exhaust from heat, scratches and corrosion.

The open internal construction allows for a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep, uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket emphasize the sporty character of this exhaust. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince Slip-On Exhaust is designed for particularly simple installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. After that, the Slip-On Exhaust is mounted precisely, attached to the original mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
