The LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION rear silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Inspired by the exhaust systems of the most successful teams from international racing series, this silencer impresses with a compact, functional design and a particularly aggressive racing look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is provided with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which not only ensures a striking dark look, but also reliably protects the exhaust from heat, scratches, and corrosion.

The open internal construction allows for a particularly direct exhaust flow and generates the typical deep, uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with a laser-etched LV logo as well as a laser-cut stainless steel bracket underline the sporty character of this exhaust. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the rear silencer is plugged on to fit, attached at the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the enclosed springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary as well as retightening the connections after the first few driving kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
