The LeoVince LV-10 muffler brings real racing DNA directly to the street. Developed based on experience from international racing series, this compact silencer combines low weight, high-quality materials, and an especially distinctive racing sound. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel provides high resistance to heat and corrosion and gives the exhaust a sporty-technical look through the shot-blasted finish in a titanium look.

The conical design of the muffler enables particularly free exhaust flow and ensures a deep, powerful sound even at low engine speeds. A sand-blasted stainless steel end cap and the integrated stainless steel grille at the muffler outlet emphasize the uncompromising racing character. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds, a laser-cut stainless steel bracket, and the laser-etched LV logo stand for high-quality workmanship and durable quality.

This LeoVince muffler has an embossed E-number and an "e-Pass." Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the muffler is installed according to the manufacturer's specifications and operated unchanged.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, particularly Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the muffler is fitted precisely, attached to the original mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and retightening of connections after the first kilometers of riding ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
