The LeoVince LV-10 CARBON FIBER exhaust muffler delivers true racetrack feeling to the road. Developed with experience from international racing series, this compact muffler combines low weight, high-quality materials, and an especially powerful racing sound. The outer shell consists of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fiber fabric, specially developed for high temperatures. The matte carbon finish enhances the sporty appearance and ensures an exclusive racing look.

The conical design enables a particularly free exhaust flow and produces the typical deep and powerful LeoVince racing sound even at low engine speeds. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap, the integrated stainless steel mesh at the muffler outlet, and a CNC-milled carbon bracket stand for high-quality workmanship. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds additionally ensure stability and a durable construction.

This LeoVince exhaust muffler features an embossed E-number and an "e-Pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union is valid only if the muffler is installed and operated unchanged according to the manufacturer's instructions.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to differing national regulations.

Attention: Even with technical compatibility, the approval is valid only for the vehicle models marked as "approved" above.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince exhaust muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust angles and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the exhaust muffler is fitted precisely, secured at the standard mounting points, and safely fixed with the included springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are evenly tightened. A brief function check at standstill and retightening of connections after the first ride kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precisely fitting construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
