The LeoVince LV-X EVO rear silencer was specifically developed for off-road motorcycles and combines robust materials with modern racing technology. The outer shell made of sandblasted AISI 304 stainless steel provides high resistance to water, mud and extreme conditions in off-road terrain. The end cap made of genuine carbon with 2x2 twill structure reduces weight and gives the motorcycle a high-quality, sporty look. Inside, a straight-flow racing damper core works, which optimally guides the exhaust flow and provides a deep, powerful sound. Precise TIG welds and stable brackets guarantee reliable performance even during intensive off-road adventures.

In addition, the LV-X EVO is equipped with a USFS-certified Spark Arrester. This spark trap reduces the risk of fire in off-road terrain and meets the corresponding off-road regulations. Practical details have also been considered for maintenance and care: An optional repack kit enables easy maintenance, while a supplied rubber plug prevents water from entering when cleaning the motorcycle.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the tried-and-tested SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the rear silencer is fitted precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers guarantee a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
