The LeoVince LV CORSA CARBON FIBER rear silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Developed in cooperation with successful teams from international racing series, this silencer combines a compact racing design with particularly high-quality materials. The outer shell is made of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fiber, which gives the exhaust a very light and at the same time robust structure. The matte carbon finish underlines the sporty character and ensures an exclusive racing look.

The open internal construction enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep and uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo as well as a CNC-milled solid carbon bracket emphasize the high-quality workmanship. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds additionally provide stability and a durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the rear silencer is plugged on precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
