The LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Inspired by the exhaust systems of the most successful teams from international racing series, this silencer impresses with a compact, functional design and a particularly aggressive racing look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is equipped with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which not only provides a distinctive dark optics, but also reliably protects the exhaust from heat, scratches and corrosion.

The open internal construction enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep, uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket underline the sporty character of this exhaust. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly simple assembly and manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the silencer is fitted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, straps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check when stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
