The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel was deliberately chosen to ensure maximum resistance to water, mud, corrosion and mechanical stress. This ensures that the exhaust remains reliable and durable even under demanding conditions. The sandblasted titanium-look finish gives the silencer a high-quality appearance and underlines the characteristic LeoVince style.

The specially developed internal structure of the silencer optimizes the exhaust flow and ensures that the engine reacts spontaneously and efficiently in every driving situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the robust stainless steel housing and gives the exhaust a sporty and modern look. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds, a stable laser-cut bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo stand for high-quality workmanship and lasting quality.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly simple assembly and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. After that, the silencer is mounted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test in a stationary position as well as re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
