The LeoVince LV-12 R BLACK EDITION silencer combines modern design, high reliability and a particularly pleasant riding experience with a striking dark look. Developed for adventure and touring motorcycles, this silencer combines robust materials with experience from international motorsport. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature-resistant ceramic black coating, which gives the exhaust an aggressive look and protects it from water, mud, corrosion and weathering.

The specially developed internal structure optimizes the exhaust flow and ensures that the engine reacts spontaneously and efficiently in every driving situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the dark design and underlines the sporty character. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds, a stable laser-cut bracket and the laser-engraved LeoVince logo stand for high-quality workmanship and long-lasting quality.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted in order to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. After that, the silencer is fitted precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
