The LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION end silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Inspired by the exhaust systems of the most successful teams in international racing series, this silencer impresses with a compact, functional design and a particularly aggressive racing look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which not only provides a distinctive dark look but also reliably protects the exhaust from heat, scratches and corrosion.

The open internal construction allows for particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep, uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-engraved LV logo and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket underscore the sporty character of this exhaust. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince end silencer is designed for particularly simple installation and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the end silencer is precisely fitted, fastened to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test when stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
