The Quad Lock® Waterproof 12V to USB Smart Adapter gives you everything you need to operate your Quad Lock® Weatherproof Wireless Charging Head from the comfort of your motorcycle. The Smart Adapter has several switching states that can be easily switched between on, off and auto. Select on mode to connect the Smart Adapter to a constant 12V - 24V supply. The auto function turns off the device until the input voltage rises above 13.5 V and turns off when the input voltage falls below 12.5 V. This is particularly handy for your motorcycle, ATV, etc. to prevent the battery from draining. The Smart Adapter is equipped with reverse polarity protection, which protects your battery from damage if the ring cables are connected to the wrong battery terminals. In addition, the 3A inline fuse ensures that your battery is protected against discharge in the rare event of a fault.
