Description

High quality pulley for your two-stroke maxiscooter.

Should be exchanged immediately if breakouts are formed on the tread, as this can seriously affect the lifetime of the V-belt! This newer version does not have the old chrome coating, which is chipped after some time.

Installation instructions: Place the original washers correctly. Before tightening the crankshaft nut, always pull the V-belt back into the converter, otherwise the belt pulley will only be tightened against the V-belt and the pulley will not be pressed correctly with the variator on the bushing. The internal toothing, which serves only the centering, otherwise rotates round and can then possibly even cause damage to the crankshaft.
