Description

Carburetors with clamp connections (direct mount) are used wherever the carburetor is mounted directly onto the intake manifold without a rubber connector/rubber intake boot, and secured with the clamp (flange) located on the carburetor. This may be necessary due to the factory-installed rigid intake manifold or through various tuning intake manifolds. We generally specify the diameter of the carburetor's clamp connection. Additionally, carburetor connection widths for clamp carburetors can be found with compatible intake manifolds.

Universal 15mm Polini Tuning Carburetor with clamp flange. This Polini CP carburetor is available in various cross-sections. From 15-21mm, the CP carburetor series with clamp flange covers applications as a high-quality replacement part up to high-end tuning.
The carburetor manufactured in Italy is at the top of the range of carburetors we offer in terms of accuracy and processing quality. The large intake funnel with a diameter of 46mm is unique in its class.
Polini air filters with a 46mm connection are available from us. With the optional air filter adapter, standard sport air filters and original air filter boxes with a 35mm connection can also be installed. The streamlined aluminum construction is also, on average, 40% lighter.

The carburetor is delivered as a classic tuning carburetor including the choke button directly on the carburetor. Alternatively, a choke cable from Polini or a third-party provider can be purchased additionally and the choke lever can be positioned elsewhere.
