Genuine Airsal replacement piston for the Airsal Alu-Sport cylinder kit 50cc for Derbi Senda (from year 2006), Ø 39,9mm.
A new piston restores compression after high mileage or a piston seizure, without having to replace the entire cylinder kit – provided the cylinder bore surface is undamaged.

Installation and running-in notes
- Check the cylinder bore surface for scoring and wear before installation.
- Observe the piston installation direction indicated by the marking on the piston crown.
- Always use new piston pin clips and check that they are correctly seated in the groove.
- Lightly oil the piston, rings and piston pin before installation.
- Use a new cylinder gasket set during installation.
- After working on the piston and cylinder, run the engine in gently: avoid full load during the first kilometres, vary the engine speed and do not let the engine overheat. Afterwards, check the spark plug colour and carburettor settings.
