Description

The four-stroke engine has a closed oil circuit and lubricates the moving components in the engine during operation. Each manufacturer has different requirements for the oils, all of them mostly have the same type of oil filter!

The resulting heat from the internal combustion engine causes certain parts of the engine oil to burn, resulting in small deposits and soot particles in the oil. However, to maintain the full lubrication properties of the engine oil over a long period of time, an oil filter is absolutely necessary. It usually sits directly after the oil pump in the oil circuit (to prevent excessive pressure drop) and filters out harmful particles from the engine oil.

We recommend that you also change the oil filter for any oil change that is pending according to the manufacturer's specifications. Anyone who regularly looks at the oil level and adheres to the change intervals will have some of their engine longer!
