This LeoVince exhaust muffler has an embossed E-number and an "e-pass." Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists only if the muffler is installed and operated unchanged according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to differing national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince exhaust muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the exhaust muffler is fitted accurately, attached at the original mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are evenly tightened. A short functional check while stationary and retightening of connections after the first kilometers of riding ensure a permanently secure fit. The precisely fitting construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
