The LeoVince LV-12 BLACK EDITION rear silencer was specially developed for touring motorcycles and maxi-scooters and combines robust materials with modern Italian design. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating, giving the exhaust a striking dark look while protecting against weather, corrosion, and scratches.

The carbon end cap with dual-flow outlet ensures optimized exhaust gas discharge and supports the specially designed inner chamber geometry of the silencer. This results in a deep, powerful, yet pleasantly restrained sound ideal for long tours and adventure rides. Precisely handmade TIG welds and a sturdy stainless steel bracket provide a durable construction and reliable performance under all conditions.

This LeoVince rear silencer features an embossed E-number and an "e-pass." Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists only if the silencer is installed according to manufacturer specifications and operated unchanged.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for especially easy installation and manufactured in proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first removed. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust angles and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the rear silencer is slid on precisely, attached to the original mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief functional check at idle and retightening the connections after the first kilometers of riding ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
