Description

Motorpack Stage6 Big Racing 88cc Cylinder+Crankshaft 45mm stroke Derbi Euro2. The engine packs we carefully compile guarantee maximum performance without worrying about the right combination of the different components.

The motor pack consists of the following parts:

  • 88cc cylinder d.50mm/stroke 45mm, aluminum, with 5 overflows and split outlet
  • Vertex 1-ring piston d.50mm
  • Alu cylinder head one-piece, high-density
  • gasket set (foot and head gaskets)
  • HPC crankshaft stage6 m. 45mm stroke and 12x17x15mm piston pin bearing
  • SKF C3 bearing polymer stage6+ shaft seals


The BigRacing cylinder from Stage6 is designed for everyday use, but can also be used for tuning projects. The control times are relatively low, the outlet is generously sized, which ensures easy tuning and round mileage over the entire speed range and also provides a good basis for performance-enhancing tuning measures.

The crankshaft is a Stage6 HPC crankshaft, also with 45 mm stroke. Thanks to high-quality materials and extremely precise balancing, the crankshaft can withstand very high loads of up to 16,000 rpm.

In combination with the right components (28mm carburetor, high-end /racing exhaust, reinforced clutch,...), this kit can certainly achieve 27 hp and more.
