Tuning specialist Stage6 has added another highlight to its already huge product catalog: Membrane Block Stage6 V-Force 4 by Moto Tassinari Honda CR85 /Derbi.
The V-Force 4 diaphragm block, originally designed for the Honda CR 85, can be mounted on original Derbi Euro 2/Euro 3/Euro 4 housings, the crankcase must be slightly milled on both sides.
Compared to the V-Force 3 version, this V-Force 4 version offers new features and improvements that can help you increase the performance of your racing machine. The double-diaphragm diaphragm block was developed for racing and enables higher air-gasoline throughput. Torque, acceleration and overall performance are improved across the entire speed range. The V-Force 3 is already very good, the newer V-Force 4 is even more efficient and clearly falls within the high-end range.
Improvements compared to V-Force 3:
- preformed membrane plates with improved sealing
- Membranes: improved carbon fiber technology
- increased passage due to wider membrane basket
- membrane surface increased by 10.5% = increased flow
- increased flow rate due to flow-optimized layout
- longer service life of membrane plates due to extended billboards
- more aerodynamic layout for better flow
- lower wear due to rubberized platelet support surface
Attention: For installation in derbi engines, the crankcase needs to be milled a bit.
