If the original mirrors mounted above the handlebars are perceived only as a necessity,
but otherwise are not liked, then handlebar end mirrors represent a real alternative.
For installation, only suitable mounting kits and covers for the original mirror holes in the upper handlebar fairing are required.
Handlebar end mirrors can optionally be mounted with or without handlebar end weights.
