The Highsider SMART mirror adapter made of chromed steel converts a mirror mount with M8 x 1.25 right-hand thread to M10 x 1.25 right-hand thread.

Fittings with small M8 mounts do not accept mirrors with M10 shafts directly. The adapter bridges the difference and thus expands the selection of mountable mirrors without drilling or re-cutting the fitting. The chromed surface matches fittings and mirrors in chrome.

Mounting and Application Instructions

  • The adapter is screwed into the mirror mount of the fitting, then the mirror is placed on and locked. After assembly, the secure fit and mirror alignment must be checked.

Note on inspection before purchase

  • Before purchase, the thread of the fitting should be matched with M8 x 1.25 and the internal thread of the mirror with M10 x 1.25.
