The Highsider SMART mirror adapter made of black steel converts a mirror mount with M10 x 1.25 right-hand thread to M8 x 1.25 left-hand thread.

The adapter bridges two differences at once, namely thread size and thread direction. This allows a mirror with an M8 left-hand thread to be mounted on a fitting with an M10 right-hand thread without modifying the fitting.
