This kit was originally developed for regulated racing classes such as the Scootertrophy as well as the Gilera Runner Cup. That is exactly why it provides very good power reserves in everyday use – and with significantly lower fuel consumption compared to very large flat-slide carburetors. Especially on popular models like Piaggio Zip, Gilera Runner, or Yamaha Aerox, a cleanly tuned 19 mm carburetor is often the sweet spot between response and efficiency.
