Description

Malossi Carbon Reed Valves (VL11 / Original) – faster throttle response & lower risk of engine damage

These carbon reed valves / petals from Malossi are intended for the original reed block. Many stock reed blocks are equipped with steel sheet petals from the factory – and these often slow down the throttle response because they do not open and close as quickly as carbon.

In addition comes the biggest disadvantage of steel: if a steel petal breaks, it ends in engine damage in 99% of cases. The carbon membranes provide a solution here – with a positive side effect: the engine becomes noticeably more agile and the risk of engine damage is nearly eliminated. In the event of a defect, parts of the carbon membrane usually simply disappear into the exhaust.

Important: Please be sure to compare with your original membranes before purchase!
