Malossi Intake Manifold: short, straight resonance length – 22 mm bore / 24.5 mm connection (Minarelli horizontal)

These Malossi intake manifolds have been popular for a long time – and now the concept has been sensibly revised once again: In the small version for 19 and 21 mm Dellorto carburetors, you get a bore enlarged by 1 mm to 22 mm, while the connection remains at 24.5 mm. This ensures a freer flow while maintaining a clean fit.

Especially for setups on Minarelli horizontal (e.g. Yamaha Aerox 50, MBK Nitro 50 or Aprilia SR 50), the short, straight alignment is ideal if you are looking for crisp throttle response and sporty characteristics.

In the big brother, however, everything remains the same: 22 mm bore and 28 mm connection – suitable for the 19mm Team carburetor and the 24mm Mikuni TM carburetor.

Malossi also offers a choice between the NBR version and a significantly more expensive version to account for the increased, more aggressive alcohol content in gasoline in recent years.

Attention: Depending on the carburetor, the rear wheel guard must be removed.
