Description

Malossi MASCII- Boost Bottle (extra gasoline resistant) – more stable mixture, better throttle response

With the Malossi MASCII- Boost Bottle you get a high-quality vacuum chamber – it is incorrectly referred to as a "carburetor acceleration pump" by some providers. The big advantage: when the diaphragm closes, the mixture is not routed back through the carburetor a second or third time, but is instead buffered in the Boost Bottle (installation between carburetor and diaphragm).

This way, the mixture becomes rich significantly less quickly. Result: lower gasoline consumption, better throttle response and a noticeably cleaner throttle transition. This is particularly useful for larger carburetors, which tend to run rich in the lower RPM range. Additionally, this version is extra gasoline resistant – ideal for hard everyday use.

Advantages / Features

  • Vacuum chamber (Boost Bottle) – not an "acceleration pump"
  • Buffering of the mixture between carburetor and diaphragm
  • Prevents the mixture from being routed back through the carburetor multiple times when the diaphragm closes
  • Less richness in the lower range, especially with large carburetors
  • Reduction of gasoline consumption
  • Better throttle response and optimized throttle transition
  • Extra gasoline resistant version

Why Malossi?

Malossi has stood for years for well-thought-out tuning components with a focus on function, performance, and reliable quality. The MASCII- Boost Bottle is a typical example of this: simple in principle, powerful in effect – especially for setups that quickly run too rich at the bottom end.
