The LeoVince NERO Slip-On Exhaust combines modern design with high-quality material technology and gives motorcycles and maxi-scooters a distinctive, dark look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature-resistant ceramic metallic black coating, which not only provides an aggressive look but also offers high protection against heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The matte finish underscores the sporty character and ensures an elegant, unobtrusive appearance.

The shape of the exhaust is based on the successful LV ONE line and was further developed in a comprehensive design study to optimally combine style, performance and legal requirements. An end cap made of full carbon complements the dark design while reducing weight. Modern laser technology is used to precisely apply the LeoVince logo, forming a striking contrast to the dark surface.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince Slip-On Exhaust is designed for particularly simple installation and is manufactured using the proven SLIP-ON construction method. The original exhaust is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the end cap is fitted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
