The LeoVince LV ONE EVO rear silencer combines classic LeoVince design tradition with modern materials and current exhaust technology. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel provides high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The sandblasted finish in a titanium look gives the silencer an elegant and sporty appearance that perfectly matches modern motorcycles.

A full carbon end cap gives the exhaust a striking racing look and impresses with high temperature resistance and low weight. Inside, high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG welds, a carbon mounting bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo underline the high-quality workmanship and durable construction.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly simple installation and is manufactured using the proven SLIP-ON construction method. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the rear silencer is plugged in precisely, fastened at the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief functional check while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
