The LeoVince LV ONE EVO slip-on muffler combines classic LeoVince design tradition with modern materials and current exhaust technology. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel provides high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The sandblasted finish in a titanium look gives the muffler an elegant and sporty appearance that perfectly complements modern motorcycles.

An end cap made of solid carbon gives the exhaust a distinctive racing look and impresses with high temperature resistance and low weight. Inside, high-temperature resistant muffler insulation material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG welds, a carbon retaining bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo underline the high-quality workmanship and durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince slip-on muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. After that, the slip-on muffler is fitted precisely, fastened to the serial mounting points and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief functional test while stationary as well as re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
