The LeoVince LV ONE EVO silencer combines classic LeoVince design tradition with modern materials and current exhaust technology. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel provides high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The sandblasted finish in a titanium look gives the silencer an elegant and sporty appearance that perfectly complements modern motorcycles.

An end cap made of full carbon gives the exhaust a distinctive racing look and impresses with high temperature resistance and low weight. Inside, high-temperature resistant sound insulation material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG welds, a carbon mounting bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo underline the high-quality workmanship and durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the silencer is precisely plugged onto, attached to the standard mounting points and secured with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
