The LeoVince LV ONE EVO rear silencer combines classic LeoVince design tradition with modern materials and current exhaust technology. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel provides high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stresses. The sandblasted finish in a titanium look gives the silencer an elegant and sporty look that is perfectly suited to modern motorcycles.

A full carbon end cap gives the exhaust a distinctive racing look and impresses with high temperature resistance and low weight. Inside, high-temperature resistant sound insulation material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG welds, a carbon mounting bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo emphasize the high-quality workmanship and durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured using the proven SLIP-ON construction method. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the rear silencer is plugged on, fastened at the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief functional check when stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
