The LeoVince LV-10 CARBON FIBER rear silencer brings real racetrack feeling to the road. Developed with experience from international racing series, this compact silencer combines low weight, high-quality materials and a particularly powerful racing sound. The outer shell is made of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fiber fabric, specifically developed for high temperatures. The matte carbon finish underlines the sporty optics and ensures an exclusive racing look.

The conical design allows for a particularly free exhaust flow and creates the typical deep and powerful LeoVince racing sound already at low engine speeds. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap, the integrated stainless steel grid at the silencer outlet and a CNC-milled carbon bracket stand for high-quality workmanship. Precisely handmade TIG welds additionally ensure stability and a durable construction.

    The model years of the Scrambler are based on the Euro models. Non-European models may be equipped with two types of OEM exhaust systems, with a spring for attaching the standard silencer or with a clamp / collar.
    If the original exhaust system has a spring, the following part numbers are compatible: 15206, 15206B, 15206C, 15206FB or 14118.
    If a clamp / collar is installed, the part numbers are: 15250, 15250B, 15250C, 15250FB or 14399.

Note on Versions for Markets Outside the European Union

For markets outside the European Union, LeoVince produces special rear silencers without EU type approval or E-mark (e-pass). These versions are not approved for public road traffic in Germany or within the European Union.

Corresponding models are clearly marked:

• by a "U" in the article number
• and by the addition "RACING" in the product name

These rear silencers are exclusively intended for use outside the scope of EU regulations or for motorsport. In individual cases, the national regulations of the respective destination country must be observed and complied with.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the included connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the rear silencer is fitted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and the tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
