The sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo as well as the laser-cut stainless steel bracket emphasize the sporty character of the system. High-quality handmade TIG welds ensure stability and a durable construction. These systems are intended exclusively for use outside the scope of EU regulations or for motorsport. In individual cases, the respective national regulations of the destination country must be observed and fulfilled.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily carried out by oneself with common tools and a bit of time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are plugged into each other with a precise fit and securely fixed with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not required.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and the retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit.
