The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel was deliberately chosen to ensure maximum resistance to water, mud, corrosion and mechanical stress. This ensures that the exhaust remains reliable and durable even under demanding conditions. The sandblasted titanium-look finish gives the muffler a high-quality appearance and underscores the characteristic LeoVince style.

The specially developed internal structure of the muffler optimizes exhaust flow and ensures that the engine reacts spontaneously and efficiently in every driving situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the robust stainless steel housing and gives the exhaust a sporty and modern look. Precisely handmade TIG welds, a stable laser-cut bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo stand for high-quality workmanship and lasting quality.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince slip-on muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the end muffler is fitted precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
