Description

The RFX Race Kill Button is a high-quality replacement for the original OEM switch. It offers the same quality and functionality as the original part and is compatible with all original connectors. The switch is supplied with the same couplings, fixings and cables of the exact length as the original, ensuring easy installation and a perfect fit. This kill switch is suitable for a wide range of motorcycles and provides the reliable performance you expect from an OEM replacement part.

Installation is straightforward: First, remove the front number plate and carefully release all cable ties that hold the start and stop switch cables to the handlebar. Locate the connector for the switch on the motorcycle, which is often near the headstock on the chassis, but sometimes also under the tank. Clean the connector with an electrical contact cleaner before loosely attaching the new switch to the handlebar. Ensure the cables are routed as with the old switch and clip the connector back together. Check the cables for sufficient clearance by turning the handlebar fully and adjust if necessary. Secure the cables with cable ties to protect them from damage and re-mount the number plate.
