The original K&N replacement air filter
The K&N air filters are simply exchanged for the standard air filters. No changes to the system are necessary. The standard adjustment on the carburetor does not need to be changed. Using K&N air filters does not cause a loss of performance, quite the opposite, as the potential of the air filter housing is optimized. Noise and exhaust regulations are observed. K&N air filters have the same lifespan as the engines and therefore allow considerable savings on filter purchases. The unique filter system can extend the life of the engines and optimally protects against dangerous dust, sand, etc. K&N filters are fully washable permanent filters that can be reused again and again with little maintenance, without losing filter performance and airflow.
