The TOURING version of the BGM Pro exhaust offers the classic, sporty, subtle look of the famous Vespa SS50/90 'banana' exhaust systems, combined with the performance values of a racing exhaust.
True to its name, the touring exhaust system is ideal for a fast, powerful but visually and acoustically inconspicuous road engine.
It harmonizes very well with standard tuning cylinders with a displacement of 75-112cc, but is also more than significantly superior to the standard exhaust on a 50cc standard engine.

The manifold, which is split relatively far below, allows the exhaust body to be quickly dismantled, just like an original banana exhaust. The connection is secured stably but can be quickly released using tension springs.

We recommend increasing the nozzle by 3-5 numbers compared to a standard exhaust.

Tip: A little sealant (see accessories) between the manifold and the exhaust body keeps this area permanently clean.

INSTALLATION ON PK MODELS
The Vespa PK basically has an almost identical engine as the V50 models. On all Vespa PK models, however, the frame plate for mounting the spare wheel (under the left side cover) stands in the way of installing a V50 exhaust. If you are not afraid to cut this in a small piece, you can also use the BGM Touring banana on PK vehicles.
The mounting hole on the motor swing arm is positioned slightly differently on the PK models. Please change the holder individually here.
