The bgm PRO Superstrong clutch pads in the “Racing Red” version are among the most powerful pads on the market. Manufactured exactly according to our specifications, we have managed to use a very high-quality organic covering mix that is both pressure and temperature stable. All this combined with a very good grip so that full torque is always applied to the rear wheel. Even when very high spring force is used, the separation distance is short, as the material is not as soft and compressible as that of other manufacturers.

As with the original Cosa2 coverings, the backing is made of steel. As a result, in contrast to the linings with aluminum carrier material, they also fit into conventional Cosa2 clutch baskets (not CNC) with retrofitted reinforcement ring (linings with aluminum carriers have longer straps for the larger wall thickness of CNC clutch baskets, e.g. BGM Superstrong). The pads can easily be used in standard as well as in CNC coupling baskets.

TiPPP: It's best to replace the steel plates as well. These are often discolored and warped and thus prevent the coupling from functioning properly.

As a lubricant for these clutch linings, we recommend BGM Pro Street gear oil (BGM2025, conforms to API GL-3 specification).
