BGM PRO brake shoes with lining material ‘MADE IN GERMANY’

QUALITY
The BGM Pro brake shoes are manufactured exclusively for BGM by one of the most renowned Italian brake lining manufacturers. The lining material comes from the German manufacturer Beral. The aluminum lining carrier is cast in the original molds, thus ensuring a perfect fit at all times.

MATERIAL + PERFORMANCE
The lining compound for the BGM PRO brake lining has a high friction coefficient averaging over µ=0.54. This is maintained over a wide temperature range. The BGM PRO brake lining withstands temperature peaks of up to 350°C and is therefore suitable for the toughest applications.

DOSING + RESPONSE
The braking behavior is powerful from the start, but at the same time predictable and easy to dose. These good properties do not diminish even under high loads. With an average lining hardness of over 71 shore, the lining is not too soft and provides clear feedback at the brake lever.

MATERIAL
The BGM brake lining material is produced without the use of solvents. It contains no heavy metal compounds. The BGM PRO brake linings are intentionally not painted. Manufactured according to ECE R-90.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY
The scope of delivery contains:

• 1 pair of brake shoes

• 2 pcs. plates (metal clips)

• 2 pcs. brake shoe securing clips

• 1 pc. heat-resistant assembly paste from Würth (for lubricating the brake lining bolts as well as the brake cam/plates)
