This LeoVince silencer has an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". The road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the silencer is mounted according to the manufacturer's specifications and operated unchanged.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, in particular for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the silencer is precisely plugged on, fastened to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test in the stand as well as the tightening of the connections after the first kilometers of driving ensure a permanently firm seat. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
