The LeoVince NERO slip-on exhaust combines modern design with high-quality material technology and gives motorcycles and maxi-scooters a distinctive, dark look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic metallic black coating, which not only provides an aggressive look, but also high protection against heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The matte finish emphasizes the sporty character and ensures an elegant, understated appearance.

The shape of the exhaust is based on the successful LV ONE line and was further developed in a comprehensive design study to optimally combine style, performance and legal requirements. An end cap made of full carbon complements the dark design and simultaneously reduces weight. Modern laser technology is used to apply the LeoVince logo precisely, forming a striking contrast to the dark surface.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince end muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the end muffler is precisely fitted, fastened at the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test in the stand and the tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
