The LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION rear silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Inspired by the exhaust systems of the most successful teams in international racing series, this silencer impresses with a compact, functional design and a particularly aggressive racing look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which not only provides a striking dark look but also reliably protects the exhaust from heat, scratches and corrosion.

The open internal construction enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep, uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-engraved LV logo, as well as a laser-cut stainless steel bracket, underscore the sporty character of this exhaust. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the rear silencer is fitted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check when stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
