The LeoVince LV RACE Complete Exhaust combines modern racing design with motorsport technology and is specifically developed to reduce the weight of your motorcycle without changing the balance intended by the manufacturer. The construction for motorcycles with an exhaust positioned under the engine optimizes the weight distribution, so that the original riding dynamics are maintained while performance is increased.

The outer shell is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material known for its high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The surface is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating in a matte finish, which gives the exhaust a striking dark-racing look. The laser-etched LV Racing logo stands out in contrast to the black casing and emphasizes the sporty character.

A special design feature is the end cap with a stainless steel honeycomb structure, which gives the muffler a distinctive racing look. At the same time, it acts as a resonator for the deep and powerful racing sound, which is already noticeable at low speeds. Handcrafted TIG welds and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket stand for precise workmanship and lasting quality.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are directly reused. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are plugged into each other and secured with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After loosening the pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
