The LeoVince LV-10 CARBON FIBER Complete Exhaust System brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Developed with the know-how of international racing series, this system combines low weight, high-quality materials and a particularly distinctive racing sound. The muffler has an outer shell made of 2-layer 2x2 carbon fiber fabric, which is specifically designed for high temperatures and simultaneously ensures a particularly lightweight construction.

The conical design allows for quick and direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep LeoVince Racing sound. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap, the integrated stainless steel grid at the outlet and precise hand-crafted TIG welds ensure stability and long-lasting quality. A CNC-milled carbon bracket completes the high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince Complete Exhaust System is designed to be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are directly reused. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are then precisely inserted into each other and secured with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and re-tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
