The LeoVince FACTORY S BLACK EDITION complete exhaust system combines motorsport technology with a striking dark design. The system is based on development know-how from racing and combines modern materials with an aggressive, conical line.

The silencer has an outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is provided with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating. This reliably protects the surface from heat, weather, and mechanical stress while simultaneously giving the system an elegant matte look. The full carbon end cap emphasizes the sporty character of the system and ensures additional weight reduction.

Inside, high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful sound profile. The carbon mounting clamp with integrated rubber pad reduces vibrations and ensures secure installation. The laser-etched LeoVince logo creates a stylish contrast on the dark surface.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and a bit of time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are plugged into each other to fit and securely fixed with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not required.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and the re-tightening of the connections after the first few driving kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
