The LeoVince FACTORY S CARBON FIBER Complete Exhaust combines racing technology with an ultra-lightweight carbon construction. The outer shell of the silencer is made entirely of carbon fiber, manufactured from two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, achieving a particularly low weight and high stability.

The full carbon end cap in an asymmetrical design enhances the sporty character of the system and simultaneously increases heat resistance. The high-temperature-resistant sound-absorbing material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful sound. A carbon mounting bracket with rubber pad reduces vibrations and ensures stable installation.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are directly reused. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are precisely inserted into each other and securely fixed with the included springs. Additional adjustments are not required.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without stress before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
