Choosing the Right Chain Lock
Clip locks can be installed easily by yourself in the garage/workshop. However, depending on the motorcycle's power, these should be subsequently riveted by a professional. Manufacturers recommend clip locks only for motorcycles with up to 600 cc or 50 HP. A riveting tool is required to install rivet locks. Alternatively, installation should be done in a workshop. With endless chains, the swingarm must be removed for installation.
