The Highsider PRO R35 handlebar riser kit consists of CNC-milled aluminum spacers in silver and is designed for handlebars with 22.2 mm (7/8 inch). The spacers are installed into the original handlebar clamps and raise the handlebar. The required longer bolts are included.

Notes

• The approval requirements of the ABE must be observed. Failure to do so will void the operating permit.
• Before conversion, check whether the vehicle is listed in the enclosed ABE and which requirements apply to this vehicle.

A higher handlebar position relieves the wrists and back without the need to purchase a different handlebar. Because the spacers fit into the stock clamps and the longer bolts are included, the conversion is limited to the clamps.

Assembly and Application Notes

• The handlebar clamp is opened, the spacers are placed between the triple clamp and the clamp and bolted with the included longer bolts. Then the handlebar is inserted and tightened with the prescribed torque. After the conversion, the free steering lock, the length of cables, lines and wires as well as the ABE requirements must be checked.

Note on Inspection Before Purchase

• Before purchase, the handlebar diameter of 22.2 mm, the design of the handlebar clamp, the reserve for cables and brake lines and the entry of the vehicle in the ABE must be checked.
